This study is on urine and blood test as a mass-screening test. The objects of this investigation are 4833 males and 1191 females who serve at public officials on Chun-cheon City and Chun-seong Country, Kang-Won Province in Korea.
1. The mean and standard deviation of blood sugar value is as shown below: male female

2. In hypoglycemia females are a little more than males. On the other hand in hyperglycemia males: are a little more than females. The age is older, the blood glucose level is higher.
4. The age is older (45-64), the urine sugar is higher. (p<0. 01) Higher peoples in blood sugar are, higher positive reactions in urine sugar are. (p<0. 01)
5. In blood sugar value according to ingested food, blood sugar value before a meal is higher than that after a meal. (p<0.01)
6. The mean value and the standard deviation of cholesterol is as shown below: male 172. 3 V 36. 9mg/dl, female 162. 3±37. 9mg/dl
In blood cholesterol under 150mg/dl, the rates of females are a little more than that of females.
7. In cholesterol level 65. 5 percents of the objects belong to normal, that is, 150-250 mg/dl, 2. 5 percents of them are above 250mg/dl.
8_ There is no significant relation between cholesterol and sugar value in blood.
9. The mean and standard deviation of the objects in cholesterol are 178. 3=40. 3mg/dl. The cholesterol -value is higher; the positive rate in urine sugar is higher. (p
